The thirteenth video of al Qaeda deputy Ayman al-Zawahiri was released on the Internet today by as-Sahab, the terror network's media wing. The 18-minute production is not as well produced as previous Zawahiri messaging products and appears to have been rushed by as-Sahab "onto the street" in order to respond quickly to current events.
